Building the cart & commerce control plane

We are collapsing the dozen tools commerce teams stitch together — cart, checkout, catalog, orders, merchants, and fulfilment — into one unified, governed platform.

Our Story

Kadaikodi was born from a simple observation: most commerce teams build their selling stack by hand — a cart library here, a checkout SDK there, a separate product information system, an order tool that does not talk to fulfilment, and a merchant spreadsheet on the side.

Each integration is a seam where carts get abandoned, inventory drifts, orders fall through, and nobody can answer “what did we actually sell today, and who fulfilled it?” We saw a chance to collapse that stack into one thing: a headless cart-as-a-service backend with storefront and back-office operations built on top.

We are currently pre-launch, building toward a 2026 debut. The goal is one workspace-scoped control plane where the cart, the catalog, the order, the merchant, and the people who fulfil it all live in one consistent, governed model — from a single brand's store to a marketplace of thousands.

Our Mission

To give every commerce business — from a single storefront to a sprawling marketplace — a unified, headless, governed platform that turns cart, checkout, catalog, order, fulfilment, and merchant management from a daily integration struggle into one continuous, observable flow of value.

Our Vision

A world where any business can stand up a complete, governed selling surface in a day, and where the distance between a shopper's intent and a fulfilled, paid, reviewed order collapses to a single, observable flow.

Our Core Principles

These principles guide everything we build at Kadaikodi

Cart as Infrastructure

The cart is headless, durable, and reusable across web, mobile, kiosk, and agent — so you build the storefront you want, not the plumbing.

One Model

Products and services share the same catalog, cart, checkout, and order lifecycle, because customers do not think in those silos.

Governed by Default

RBAC, multi-tenancy, and audit are inherited from the platform, so every release ships enterprise-ready and every action is answerable.

Reuse over Reinvention

We compose shared platform services instead of rebuilding identity, files, billing, and notifications — so the team builds commerce, not plumbing.
