The numbers come before the model
Your revenue, best and worst sellers, busiest hours and ratings are counted from your own orders. If you took four orders, it says four.
It already knows what you have open
Open a stall, an order, a booking or a job and the assistant starts there, answering you as the shopper, owner, worker or investor you are.
One rulebook for people and agents
A tap in the app, an assistant action and an outside AI agent are all checked against the same permissions. There is no special path for AI.
A switch AI cannot talk its way past
Investing in a shop stays off unless explicitly switched on. If the check can't be made, it stays off — the safe direction, not the convenient one.

One permission rulebook, people and agents
Every action is checked before it runs, centrally, so a tap in the app, an assistant action and an outside agent's tool call cannot drift into three different answers.
Your data comes back without asking whose
A worker's schedule, a customer's addresses, cards, loyalty balance and holdings come back with no identity to supply — so there is nothing for a confused agent to swap.
A redacted record of every change
Who acted, in which workspace and on what — with credential-shaped values stripped and long content trimmed, so the trail stays useful without becoming a leak of its own.
Fail-closed where money is involved
Investing stays off by default on the server — the opposite of how ordinary features here behave — and stays shut until the regulatory position is confirmed.
AI terms in writing, not implied
Published: your orders, messages and reviews are not used to train general models identifiably, AI output is not advice, and significant decisions need human review.
Testing, spend alerts and prompt history
Honestly absent: no test set for common Kadaikodi questions, no spend alerts, and nothing yet linking a prompt to what it did or cost. So we publish no accuracy figure.
Models
Kadaikodi pins no model and advertises no provider, because it has no model-powered feature of its own yet. The assistant runs on shared Burdenoff AI plumbing; model choice and bring-your-own-key arrive with per-session cost tracking, not ahead of it.
