A pani puri vendor has busy hands from four in the afternoon until ten at night. Kadaikodi works the way he does: by voice, in his own language, on a basic phone and a weak signal.
In the morning the AI reads out his plan — two party bookings, three doorstep requests, low on tamarind, a suggested route that ends at his evening spot. He goes on duty and accepts the requests that fit the route.
Through the evening he records counter sales and expenses by speaking: “twenty plates, cash” or “gas cylinder, eight hundred”. At close he counts the cash, Kadaikodi reconciles it with what was recorded, and reads out the day summary. Nothing has to be written down later.
