Configure your storefront and open for business

A merchant record is just the start; before customers can order, the owner has to say how the business actually sells. Kadaikodi puts that configuration in two clear places.

In Service Configuration the owner sets the offering type (products, services, or both), defines operating hours day by day, and turns on the fulfilment modes they support — pickup with a prep time, delivery with a radius and fee, scheduled stops, or direct “come to me” service. In Business Settings they fill in the rest: business details, contact and social links, location and delivery rules, policies, and notification preferences.

With the storefront configured, the owner flips the service to Open from the dashboard — and the merchant becomes discoverable and orderable.

Illustrative workflow outline

Set up how your merchant sells — offering type, hours, fulfilment modes, and business details — then flip the service to Open so customers can order.

This outline is not proof that a workflow completed. Actual availability and outcomes depend on your role, workspace configuration, and the service at the time you use it.
