Not everything on Kadaikodi is a physical product. A customer might book a haircut, a home cleaning, or a phone repair — services with a duration and, often, a chosen time.
The booking flow lets the customer pick instant fulfilment (“come now”) or schedule an appointment for later. Either way the booking rides the same order spine as products, so the provider works a single unified queue instead of juggling two systems.
The customer then follows the service through to completion with the same status timeline that powers product orders.
