How does a customer follow an order from placed to delivered?

In Kadaikodi[1], customers can follow their purchases on a dedicated tracking screen accessible immediately after placing an order or by choosing Track Order from their order list on the live order tracking page[2].

The tracking view provides end-to-end visibility through every step of fulfillment:

• Status Timeline & ETA: A prominent estimated arrival time sits above a lifecycle timeline that updates in real time: Order Placed → Confirmed → Preparing → Ready → Out for Delivery → Delivered. • Route Map & Courier Contact: When an order is out for delivery, the view presents a route map between the merchant and delivery location showing the courier's position. A courier card lists the driver's first name, vehicle type, and quick call or chat buttons to reach them directly.
• Order Details & Ratings: The page keeps the full delivery address, customer notes, item summary, and payment details visible. Once the order is delivered, customers can submit a review and rating straight from the tracking screen.
